All fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable once work begins, except where required by law. Services may be suspended where payment is overdue.

Intent Consultancy is not responsible for website downtime, hosting failures, data loss, hacking, email issues, third-party platforms, algorithm changes, negative reviews or external provider failures.

Clients remain responsible for backups, passwords, hosting, domains, legal compliance and all business decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intent Consultancy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid during the three months before the claim.

All work remains the property of Intent Consultancy until payment is received in full.
